Hibiscus
Description
Hibiscus is a genus of plants belonging to the Malvaceae family and comprises many different species. It is known for its showy , large, showy flowers that come in a wide variety of colors, such as red, pink, orange, yellow, white and purple. These flowers are very attractive and are often used in ornamental gardens and landscapes.
Some of the more popular hibiscus species include Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, known as Chinese hibiscus or garden hibiscus, which is grown in many tropical and subtropical regions as an ornamental plant. There is also Hibiscus syriacus, commonly known as Syrian hibiscus or Syrian rose, which is more cold hardy and is grown in more temperate climates. Pacific Beauty is a variety of Hibiscus with long flowering and Royalty, in addition to having a longer life span.
In addition to its ornamental beauty, hibiscus has also been used in various cultures as a medicinal plant and in infusions for consumption. Increasingly, studies are being conducted on the potential health benefits of certain hibiscus species.
Wholesale Hibiscus
Producción Ornamental Mediterráneo is a nursery specialized in the wholesale of Hibiscus. It is available in spring and in different varieties, formats and sizes:

We are located in Almeria, in the south of Spain, an ideal place for the production of ornamental plants all year round. P.O.M.’s production is spread over an area of almost 12 hectares composed of our own production and agreements with producers specialized in certain crops that we select and supervise continuously.
We keep our customers constantly informed about plant availability and quality. For this purpose, we have Spanish, French and German speaking interlocutors and we send our available weekly with real photos taken in the field.
